ROGERSVILLE - Nora Belle Bailey, age 86, a lifelong resident of Rogersville, gained her heavenly wings on March 4, 2024, after an extended illness. She was active for an extended period in the Republican party of Hawkins County. She was also a member of the Kiwanis Club. She loved and enjoyed reading. She was a member of Persia Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband and former co-owner of the Golden Dairy, Carl K. Bailey Sr., and son, Kenneth Carl Bailey.
She is survived by sons, Glenn Ernest Bailey and Carl "Ketron" Bailey Jr.(Lisa) all of Rogersville; grandson, Stephen Tyler Bailey of Russellville; several nieces and nephews; one special nephew, James Oral Bailey Jr.(Kim; two VERY special people in her life toward the end that are extended family now, Tina Reynolds and Felise Dela Cruz.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Kevin Wisecarver and Rev. John North officiating. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 11:00 am in Highland Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent at www.christiansells.com.
