Pat was always so easy to talk to. I loved our visits and she was very loving to my children. I loved her taste in people, places, food, and art. She´s just one of those people that I knew from the start was one of my people. I have no doubt she is taking on her next great adventure with her signature passion and spunk. Love you and already miss you Pat!

Pat and I shared many hours of heart to heart talks in the early 2010s as we were both navigating challenging periods of our lives. I cherish her wisdom, sense of humor, and sense of adventure.
A particular memory comes to mind of a visit I made to her new home in Kingsport. We had planned on going to an antique show and on the way saw a billboard advertising a gun show. We both got the idea that it sound way more fun than antique shopping, and we quickly changed plans giggling the whole time. That evening we cooked steaks and the recipe we followed resulted smoking up the whole place.
Such simple memories, but cherished nonetheless.
Pat, I know your heaven will be paved with plenty of art supplies. You are missed.

My dear Pat! We met at IBM in Manassas, Va, and we spent lots of time together having lunch together, getting together outside work, gardening, and we shared each other's secrets! We had a great friendship that I will cherish forever. I know heaven will welcome you with open arms, and I'm sure you will be running things in no time up there! Love you!
