Pauline Fleischer Obituary

Pauline passed away Jan 1, 2024.

She was born and raised in Cutshin, KY. She moved to Chicago, IL and lived there most of her adult life. In 1979, she and her husband, George, moved to Tennessee to start their new life, and has resided in Kingsport for over 40 years. She was a supervisor at Gaylord Classics clothing factory in Bristol, VA until they closed. In the early 90's, she started her own cleaning business and cleaned homes for local families until she was 79 years old.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Stella and Ray Williams; her siblings, Vernel Mullins, Irene Hopkins, Ron Williams and Jan Isaily; her daughter, Sandra Joseph; her son, Jeff Fleischer; step-son, James Fleischer; step-daughter, Mary Lambert, granddaughter, Tomisha Joseph.

Surviving are her daughters, Georgann Owens and her husband, Brian, Jonesborough, TN; two grandsons whom she adored, Corey Owens and wife, Jessica, Murfreesboro, TN and Cameron Owens and wife, Taylor, Piney Flats, TN; step-son, Eddie Fleischer and wife, Jenny; 3 brothers, Willis, Willie and Don; great-grandchildren, Blakely, Bentley, Brookelyn and Brady, all of Murfreesboro TN; her best friend Darlene Coomer of Kingsport; multiple nieces and nephews.

She had amazing medical staff, Emily Price NP of HMG, and all the nursing staff at NHC Johnson City. Thank you for caring for my mom!

The family is honoring Pauline's wish to be cremated. They will receive friends from 5 PM to 6 PM on Saturday, January 6, 2023, at Trinity Memorial Centers, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN. Pastor Will Easler will officiate the memorial service at 6:00 PM.
