Regina Mae "Blondie" Crawford May 15, 1967- June 27, 2024
CHURCH HILL - Regina Mae "Blondie" Crawford, beloved mother, daughter, and friend, passed on to the promise of forever on June 27th, 2024. After battling cancer, God pulled her from this worldly life into her Heavenly home where she is now resting pain free waiting to greet loved ones.
Regina was born in Dade County, Florida to her father, Robert Crawford, and mother, Shelby McDavid, on May 15th, 1967. She is proceeded in death by her father. Regina spent her life in the beauty of northeast Tennessee as a Hawkins County resident, where she was often found enjoying one of her favorite pastimes of planting and tending to her flowers or playing with her beloved dog, Daisy. She also had an enthusiasm for shopping and spending quality time with cherished friends. With a nurturing heart, she raised two sons who both share her dedication to family. Regina's contagious smile and ease of building lasting friendships is evident in the outpouring of support she and her family have received both during her illness and now after her passing.
Regina's legacy of compassion and kindness to all will be honored through the memories of her sons, Jack Dillon Dykes (Lauren Price) and Matthew Hicks; mother, Shelby; granddaughter, Cora Hicks; uncle, Arliss Ward; special cousin, Joe Ward; and many devoted cousins, aunts, and friends.
The family would like to thank Vickie Manis and the many who have and continue to send messages and prayers of love and support. Special appreciation goes out to the staff of Johnson-Arrowood for caring for Regina and her family with grace and dignity.
Her family invites you to attend Regina's visitation and service to be held at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home in Church Hill, Tennessee on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, from 5-7 p.m., with Reverand Bob Simpson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home for the purchase of a monument for Regina.
