Renee Smith Obituary

Renee Vest Smith, 54, of Chuckey, passed away Sunday at University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville.

She was a homemaker.

Renee was a loving wife, mother, Nana, and friend. She loved her family , her animals especially "her bubba", cooking, her flowers and always loved a great find at the antique shop.

She always had a smile on her face and a heart that was just as beautiful as she was. She loved everyone and everyone loved her.

The family says, "Our lives will never be the same without her."

Renee grew up in Limestone and attended David Crockett High School.

She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years: Jeff Smith; a daughter: Brittney (Ricker) Brown; a son: Cody (Briana) Smith; grandchildren: Emma Brown and Neyland Smith; sisters: Leslie Vest, Angela (Mike) Blaylock, and Vicki Tweed; and a brother: Jimmy (Jaime) Vest; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Kitty Vest.

The graveside service will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Graceland Memorial Gardens with the Rev. David Dugger officiating.
