Richard Williams Obituary
WOODSTOCK, GA - Mr. Richard "Rick" Blaine Williams, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023. He Loved God and Family.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Zion in Baileyton, TN with Rev. and friend John Gann officiating.
Rick was born July 24, 1946, in Greenville, TN to the late Blaine G. and Polly Hawkins Williams. He was raised in Baileyton, TN and attended Milligan College. He and Patty raised their two children in Cleveland, TN. They recently moved to Georgia to be closer to all 7 of their grandchildren who affectionately called him "Papaw."
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, He will be missed by his wife of 53 years, Patty Williams; daughter and son-in-law, Nikki & Mike Estill; son and daughter-in-law Blaine & Derece Williams; brother, Christopher Williams; brother-in-law & wife Don & Drema Slaughter; sister-in-law, Kathy Bennett; grandchildren Grayson Estill, Miles Estill, Ryker Williams, Dean Williams, Alec Williams, Ellary Williams, and Wren Williams; and many nephews, nieces and extended family whom he loved dearly.
