WEBER CITY, VA - Rita Ann Howington Dingus, a devoted mother, grandmother, and wife, went to her Heavenly home on Monday, March 9, 2026, surrounded by the love of her two children.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Gateway Baptist Church, Weber City, VA. Services will follow at 6:00 pm.
Graveside services will be held at 12 noon Friday, March 13, 2026 at Holston View Cemetery.
