Talmadge Scalf entered into the Kingdom of Heaven on April 8, 2025, singing with the angels 'How Beautiful Heaven Must Be' surrounded by family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Wayne Morelock officiating.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025, at East Lawn Memorial Park. Military Rites will be conducted by American Legion Posts 3/265.
In lieu of flowers, send a donation to St Jude Children's Hospital, in Talmadge's memory.

Probably the greatest man I've ever had the privilege to be around. He was always there for his family never complained about anything really just did his job and took care of his family he was a man of God he will be missed by everyone who ever met him... R.I.P.!!!
