Thelma Lea Freeman May 10, 1931- July 1, 2024
Thelma Lea Freeman born May 10, 1931 went to be with the Lord on July 01, 2024. She is loved and will be missed greatly.
Thelma is preceded in death by her loving husband Albert L Freeman, her parents, Albert Barrett and Dora Wallace, her stepsister, Viney Davidson, brothers James R. "Bud" (Debbie) Wallace, Hansel M. "Peanut" (Charlotte) Wallace, and Edward C. "Ode" Wallace. As well as her daughter, Donna E. (Dewey) Clevenger, and two granddaughters, Jennifer M. Freeman and Rebecca K. Kendall.
She is survived by a son Alvin K. (Dinah) Freeman, and her daughters, Regina G. (Darrell) Clark, and Ramona K. (Mark) Greer. She is also survived by a brother, A.D. (Marcia) Wallace, and a sister, CLOIS Marshall. Granddaughters, Kristen (Chad) Sams, Rachael R. (Chris) Kendall, Alyssa, Katie, and Sarah Clevenger. Her grandsons, Kenneth (Cassie) Summey, James (Jimmy) Kendall, Joseph and Joshua Clevenger. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters, Emily Peters, Abby Kendall, and London Verbal as well as great-grandsons, James Kendall and Hayden Greer. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to her niece, Sherry Wallace Bradley, who faithfully sent her very sweet greeting cards that brightened her day.
A visitation for Thelma will be held Monday, July 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tennessee 37664.
