Toy Hutchins Obituary
KINGSPORT - Toy Ralph (Whitey) Hutchins, age 88, of Kingsport, Tennessee passed away at home with his family on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
Ralph was co-owner and operator with his brothers at Hutchins Brothers Packing Company in Rye Cove VA.
Preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Peggy Hutchins; Son Gary Hutchins & (Sharon); Daughter Shelby Hutchins; Parents Lee & Georgia Hutchins; Brothers Junior and Cecil Hutchins; and great-great-grandchild Skye Mae.
Survived by Daughter Joyce Oaks & (Carl); Grandchildren Melinda Crowe & (Scott), David Hutchins & (Ronna), Lori Tornquist & (Mike), Melissa Oaks, Robbie Hutchins; 13 Great-grandchildren; 12 Great-great-grandchildren; Brother Ron Hutchins, Ray Hutchins & (Jody); Sister Wilma Ruth Smith; Several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers Tim Crowe, Caleb Tornquist, David Hutchins, Robbie Hutchins, Jacob Crowe, Butch Jarvis.
Hutchins Family will receive friends Sunday July 2, 2023 from 12 - 2 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home, Funeral service will follow at 2 PM with Rev Wayne Morelock officiating. Burial will be following the funeral service in the Garden of David at East Lawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
