Tracy Nadine Spitzer, age 53, passed away Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at HMG due to small cell lung cancer. Tracy was born in Kingston, NY and had also lived in Tampa, FL for 31 years before moving to Mount Carmel for her last 9 years. She obtained her Associates' in Nursing in St. Petersburg, FL and her Bachelors of Science at the University of St. Francis. She was employed as a nurse and worked in the field for more than 30 years. She was a loving, caring person who cared for everyone that she was in contact with, and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father; Charles Turner Jr., Brother; Trent Turner.
Survivors include her mother; Beth Turner, children; Stephen Bean, Christopher Spitzer, Austin Spitzer, Abby White, and Marley Spitzer. Granddaughter; Olivia.
A memorial service will be held for her at the family's residence on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 2 pm.
Carter Trent Funeral Home Kingsport is serving the Spitzer family.
