Wanda Roberts Bailey August 3, 1959 - June 24, 2024

Wanda Roberts Bailey, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024, at the age of 64 with her loving and caring husband by her side. She was born on August 3, 1959, to Herbert "Ralph" and Elva Roberts. Wanda was a retired employee of Washington County Department of Education and a member of Chimney Top Freewill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert "Ralph" Roberts; mother and father-in-law, Graden and Norma Bailey; and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 46 years, Steve Bailey; her children, Todd Bailey (Melinda), and Rebecca Campbell (Chris); grandsons, Bryson and Levi Bailey, whom were her pride and joy; mother, Elva Roberts; sister, Helen "Juanita" Coleman (Bobby); brother, Terry Roberts (Linda); sisters-in-law, Ina Matthews, Betty Johnson (Billy), Helen Bible, Sue Morgan, Faye Hilton (Donnie); honorary family member, Phyllis Campbell; aunts, Nell Waycaster, Blanche Johnson and Irene Morelock; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Fall Branch. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Bro. Roger Laws and Bro. Preston Patrick officiating.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Oak Glen Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bryson Bailey, James Coleman, Jason Coleman, Jarrod Waycaster, Tony Bailey, Allen Bible, and Travis Waycaster.
Honorary pallbearers will be Levi Bailey, nephews, and the men of Chimney Top Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oak Glen Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 462 Oak Glen Circle, Fall Branch, TN 37656.
