William Hagan Obituary
KINGSPORT - William Carr Hagan, Jr., 84 of Kingsport, TN passed away peacefully at home after a prolonged illness on December 7, 2023 with his loving wife Betty by his side.
Mr. Hagan was born in Kingsport on January 7, 1939 and was the son of the late William C. Hagan Sr and Edythe Brownell Hagan.
Mr. Hagan was an attorney in Kingsport for 40 years.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Sue Hagan of Kingsport; grandchildren, William C. Hagan IV and Lyla Skye Hagan of Knoxville, TN and stepson, Mike Frazier of Blythewood, SC. He was preceded in death by his son, William C. Hagan, III.
A visitation will be held for Mr. Hagan from 3:00pm – 5:00pm on Tuesday, December 12 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, 117 E. Charlemont Avenue, Kingsport.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the Ballad Health Hospice Care team and his private caregivers.
