Oh Bill,
I shared one of my most memorable and funny work stories with you. I still laugh when I think about it and get big laughs when I tell others!!! You know exactly what I'm talking about. Much respect for the submarine sailor. Rest easy my friend. Your friendship and wit will be missed by many.

I worked with Bill at NAPS and found him kind and friendly. Always having an interesting observation about any situation he found himself in. I thoroughly enjoyed his friendship and will miss him at the group breakfasts he occasionally frequented.
Rest in peace my friend.
