GATE CITY, VA - William Randell Taylor, 60, Gate City, VA, passed away, Monday, December 9, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center.
Randell was born in Kingsport, TN, on January 7, 1964, to Margarette (Salling) Taylor and the late William Franklin Taylor.
In addition to his father, his brothers, Michael and Mark Taylor preceded him in death.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Margarette (Salling) Taylor; daughters, Maranda Pierson (Josh), and Carlena Thornsberry (Jeremiah); sisters, Lisa Bowen, Trina Noe (Gerald), and Sheila Durham; brother, Keith Taylor; grandchildren, Harper Pierson, Rowen Pierson, and Leo Thornsberry; girlfriend, Gail Livesay; and several nieces and nephews.
Randell's wishes were to be cremated. The family will conduct a private celebration of life at a later date.
