Andrew Terrance Franklin August 31, 2024

KINGSPORT - Andrew Terrance Franklin, Kingsport, passed away surrounded by family at Johnson City Medical Center on August 31, 2024 after a short illness. He was born in Johnson City and grew up in Sullivan County. He attended and graduated from Sullivan South High School where he was a member of the school band, and he attended ETSU. Prior to his illness, he was employed at AT&T and Citi. He collected and enjoyed all things related to Star Wars. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald "Jerry" Landreth, and grandfather, James T. Franklin.

Andrew is survived by his mother, Lynne Landreth; Grandmother; Jo Franklin, Aunts; Leslie (and Jim) Emmett; Jamie (and Michael Solway) and Jodie Franklin.

A Private Graveside Service for family and close friends will be held at Happy Valley Memorial Park at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2024 with Mark Randolph presiding. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Funeral Chapel, Elizabethton. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
