Andrew G. "Andy" Isner, 56, born in Kingsport, TN on July 19, 1968, passed away on January 19, 2025 at his home. He was a member of Kinsley United Methodist Church. Andy loved the Lord and had a generous heart for others who were less fortunate. He loved sports, especially UT football & basketball and West VA basketball, where his father had played. Andy loved animals and was a generous supporter of many charities. He was employed by ARTZAN, LLC.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Mack L. and Ann P. Isner; brother, Stephen A. Isner; and his canine companions, Bowser and Duck.
Survivors include his sister, Maxine L. Isner; and his little fur buddy, Cato; and numerous good friends and family members.
Graveside services will be conducted on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 2:00pm at Hamlett-Dobson Memorial Park, Blountville, with Rev. Ray Amos officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kingsley United Methodist Church, 2828 Bloomingdale Rd., Kingsport, TN 37660 or to a charity of your choice.

Andy always had kind words and encouragement for everyone. He was a quiet, smart and hard working guy. It was always a pleasure being around Andy. I'm very saddened by his passing as I know many others are as well. He will be missed. Rest In Peace Brother...
