Ann Bailey Frazier June 23, 2024
KINGSPORT - Ann Bailey Frazier, 85, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024, in Kingsport.
She was born in Raleigh County, West Virginia to the late Dorvin and Euva Hillman Bailey.
Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, caregiver and friend to many. She attended Bays Mountain Baptist Church and loved to read, piece quilt and watch hummingbirds.
In addition to her parent's, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Cecil Frazier Sr.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ray and Barbara Bailey, Harold and Flora Bailey, Rodney and Ruby Bailey; brother, Roger Bailey; twin sisters, Jacqueline and Cathaleen; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois and Herbert Jones, and Jean and Joel Waldron.
Those left to cherish Ann's memory are her son, Billy Cecil Frazier and wife, Ella; brother, Robert "Pete" Bailey and wife Marguerite; sister, Linda Hicks and husband Jim; sister-in-law, Faye Bailey; granddaughter, MacKenzieTeaters and husband Brad; great-granddaughter, Autumn Teaters; special niece, Jeanie Davidson and husband Robert, and several nieces and nephews
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 5-7pm in the chapel at Oak Hill Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin at 7pm with Pastor Tim Nelson officiating.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 1:30 pm in Oak Hill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bays Mountain Baptist Church, 2000 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport, TN., 37660
