I loved Tony. He was a very nice to me for a very long time. I didn't know him on a personal level but I had purchased video games from him. Most of which I still own. I have been a customer of his since I was 8 years old. I am now in my 30s. He was a very nice man who always took the time to ask how I was doing and really cared about it. He tried cheering me up after my mother passed and after my father got sick and was very genuine and caring and had great advice. He was one of the good ones. Thanks for the memories Tony.

I just met Tony a few weeks ago when I was drawn in to his store with some childhood toys to sell. Unknowingly, we had attended the same Greek church years ago and his son is good friends with my daughter's boyfriend. It didn't take me long in my 30 minutes visiting with him that he was Greek, we had the same love for people, and how genuinely kind and charitable he was. We both agreed that nothing happens by chance. I am so thankful God led me there that day. I felt a special connection. An odd feeling of contentment that I met a long, lost family member that day. I am so thankful we met but also so sad we won't have our visits we planned. Atleast not here on earth. May his memory be eternal. I will continue to pray for his entire family. Many blessings, Athena Warren

Mr. Tony was a true disciple of Christ. He had a kind heart and a gentle spirit. My husband and we will surely miss him dearly. We had the privilege to spend the past couple of Thanksgivings and Christmas' with him. I can truly hear him say I'm home now don't cry for me. Mr. Tony never met a stranger and always managed to talk about the Lord. He never failed to give him glory.

Met Tony many years ago and have enjoyed our many conversations ever since. Personally witnessed him sharing the gospel with both friends and strangers in his unique Tony way. He always made folks feel welcome and would listen to their concerns, share wisdom about religion and politics, and give advice on home remedies for ailments. Sincere condolences to the family. Tony is already missed by those who knew him.

My husband and I met Tony through collecting toys. After five minutes, the conversation quickly turned to religion and at times politics. Regardless of current affairs or the ups and downs of life, Tony always had something positive to say. Always encouraging. Always praising God. A bright light with a bright smile. I think many times we stopped by to see him more than look at toys. He will be missed.

My condolences to the Drakos Kingsport family. Tony is my cousin and was very special in my life especially as a young boy. We took many family vacations to Kingsport in the summer. Every time there was special. One of my fondest memories was when I stopped by the house unannounced while working at a client in Kingsport. Knocked on the door, Tony opened a for a split second he did know it was me, then his eyes lit up and that big smile came to his face. He reached out and gave me the biggest best cousin hug ever. We had a great evening reminiscing, even looked through some of Uncle Nick´s old pictures. I´ll miss him dearly. Love you Tony.

Tony was a dear friend for us. Andy was a Kingsport classmate from their earliest years: Lincoln Elementary, Sevier Junior High, Dobyns-Bennett High School. Kay too was a classmate at DB.
Was a joy and blessing Tony was to us. So many cheerful smiles, joys together.
Tony shared Andy's days as a part of the DB football team. He was the team trainer, always ready to come to the aid of the thirsty, sore, exhausted team mates. We also shared in the joy of the 1965 TN state champ ranking.
We kept up also through the years, and able to speak with him often. He always had the smile and encouragements. We will miss him greatly. We look forward to the day our fellowship with our Savior.
Our love and prayers are extended to his wife Laurel, his son Nick, daughter Anastasia and Ramona, the grandchildren, family, and fiends.

Tony and I would talk about the Lord all the time. Many times I would visit him with my mind on one thing and ended up speaking about life and what the Lord has done for us. Tony always said " if you want something done and listened to, you have to speak like the mafia". We would practice! Great Godly man, friend and I´ll miss his laughs and smiles....RIP toy man.

I only saw cousin Tony a few times, but I remember his enthusiasm, interest in others, and kindness. I pray he has eternal rest and peace, and that his family is consoled by good memories.

I met Tony as I was leading a Divorce Care class. Toby had a way of telling a story. I often thought he had lost his train of thought on what he was talking about. Just about the time I would think I needed to draw him back in, he would wrap the story up in such a beautiful way that made total sense. His love for his God and family was so evident that it oozed out of him. Tony you will be missed, Good Friend.
