Bobbie McNabb Obituary

Bobbie Jean McNabb "Jeanie", age 77, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 14, 2024. She was a lifelong member of Kincaid United Methodist Church where she served as a youth Sunday school teacher. Bobbie Jean received Bachelor Masters Degrees from ETSU. She was employed by the Hawkins County Board of Education. She was a member of the Hawkins County Teachers Association. She was an avid gardener, had a big heart for any animal or individual in need, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth McNabb; father, Homer Reeves; mother, Jessie Reeves; brother, Ronald Reeves; nephew, Jeffrey Reeves; father-in-law, Dale McNabb; mother-in-law, Kate McNabb.
She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Eidson (Marty); grandchildren, Cody Eidson (Emillie), Cameron Eidson (Kaitlyn), Cole Eidson (Leah); great-grandchildren, Charlie Mae McNabb, Carter Kent, and Jack Edwin Eidson; brother, Billy Reeves (Janice); several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Holston Home For Children in Greeneville, TN.
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 20 from 5-7pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral ceremony will begin at 7pm with Rev. Susan Arnold officiating. Burial will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 21 at Hawkins County Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.christiansells.com
