GATE CITY, VA - Bobby J. George, 86, Gate City, VA, went to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center.
BobbyThe family will receive friends from 1-3p.m., Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at 3:00p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Darrell Fletcher officiating.
Graveside services will follow at Holston View Cemetery.
Matthew George, David George, Alex Spivey, John Carter, IV, Chris Ivanich, and Charlie Quinn will serve as pallbearers. Todd Pendleton, Zach Taylor, John Carter III, and James Penley will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Disaster relief from Hurricane Helene C/O Grace Point Fellowship P.O. Box 6629 Kpt. TN, 37663, or charity of your choice.
