KINGSPORT - Bryan Tate Dean, age 55, of Kingsport, Tenn., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born on July 7, 1969, in Memphis, Tenn., the son of the late Eddie and Laura Sue Mullins Dean. Bryan was a lifelong resident of the Kingsport area and worked for Eastman Chemical Company. He was of the Baptist faith. Bryan was a Mason and a member of the Lynn Bachman Chapter #195 Kingsport Masonic Lodge #688. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mitzi Jane Dean.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Ann Shores Dean; sister, Marty Sue Dean; brothers-in-law, Jimmy Shores and wife Ann-Marie, Mark Shores and wife Nicole; nieces and nephews, Ethan Shores, Kelsey Shores, Savanah Shores, and Easton Cornett; special cousins, Sue Ealy, Chuck Morgan, and Shelly Mullins; special friends, John Dockery, Jason Easterling, Jay Herron, Keith Huddle, and Larry Huddle; and beloved dogs, Ivy-Jade, Quincy, and Josie.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Weaver Funeral Home.

Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
