CHURCH HILL – Carl V. Gregg, Jr., 68, passed away on Tues., Jan. 28, 2025, following a period of declining health.
He was born on May 5, 1956, to his parents Carl, Sr. & Mae (Lane) Gregg in Kingsport, TN. Carl loved his leatherwork & riding his motorcycle, but his family was his pride & joy.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah (Carter) Gregg; sons; Brian Gregg (Rachel), & Josh Gregg; grandson, Josiah Gregg; sister, Elizabeth Fields; brothers, Clifford, Mark, Roy, & Malcolm Gregg; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members, & dear friends.
A visitation will be held from 10 – 12 PM on Sat., Feb. 1, 2025, at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Chris Cody officiating. A graveside service will follow in procession to Church Hill Memory Gardens. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers.
