Dennis Miller Obituary
November 2, 2024
KINGSPORT - Dennis P. Miller, 80, of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024, following a period of declining health. He was born in Greene Co., TN, and had lived in Kingsport for most of his life. Dennis was a graduate of Sullivan High School, class of 1962. He was an employee of Kingsport Parks and Recreation, having retired after more than 30 years of service. He was a member of Eagles and Kingsport Moose Lodge in which he was very active. Dennis was instrumental in designing and securing the Greenbelt.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jildah Joh Miller; son, Jonathan Lee Miller; and brother, Don Miller.
Dennis is survived by his son, Andy Miller; and sister, Ann Shelton.
Services will be private.
