As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Dave was my last sibling, I had two others who died way too young. It was wonderful these last 45 years to glean more info about his life, and about our parents, and siblings. Since he was 9 years older than me, he had a much more adult perspective on our family - our parents had shared a lot more with him than with me. I think he likely was more like our wonderful father than any of the rest of us: kind, ethical, always interested, always a good friend. He did not carry grudges, and he was very organized to do everything he did. One of his really clever plans was to teach their good friend Miguel all the gardening, repair, and handiman skills he knew (which were many) so that Miguel could livd close by and help do all this maintenance when Dave no longer could. He told me Miguel was now better at these than he had ever been. True? Hard to know, he was humble like our father.
