KINGSPORT - Gladys M. Mann, age 94, of Kingsport, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
She was a cafeteria manager at Long Island Elementary School, and Sullivan Middle School, and retired after 20 years of service. Member of Macedonia FWB since 1972. Gladys was saved at an early age.
She is preceded in death by her parents James & Myrtle Hensley; Husband Furrell Mann, 4 sons David Mann, Jackie Mann, Michael Mann, and Gary Mann; sisters Linda Frazier, and Janice Osborne.
Gladys is survived by Daughter Deborah Moody & (Joe); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Selby Childress, Lucy Mann, Carol Williams, and Patty Hensley; brothers George Hensley, Joe Hensley, Billy Hensley, and Junior Hensley.
Family will receive friends Saturday January 14, 2023 from 12 - 2 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home. With a funeral service at 2 PM, and Burial to follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Officiating will Be Rev. Todd Jennings.
