Gloria Styles Obituary

Gloria Jean Styles was born September 27, 1956, to the union of the late PrinceElla and Isiah Styles in South Bend, Indiana. Gloria departed this life Thursday, July 24, 2025, with loved ones by her side. Gloria was raised in South Bend and attended South Bend Community Schools. Gloria worked various jobs.

Gloria's life was full of fond memories. She loved her some Smokey Robinson, also going to the casino and watching her favorite tv shows, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Gloria was a mother of two daughters, Crystal Jennings and Jamie Allen, three grandchildren, Shaniya Burnett, Glorianna Burnett, and Jayon Burnett, two great-grandchildren Kamora Jones and De'Meir Burnett, sisters, Betty Jackson, Joyce Ford, Marsha Thornton all of South Bend, IN., and Virgle Jones of Elpaso, TX, one aunt, Doris Hall of Cleveland, MS, along with a host of family and friends.

Preceding Gloria in death is her daughter, Patricia Ann and grandson Robert Burnett, sister, Michelle Ray Styles, brothers, Isiah Styles III, Sammy Styles, Jessie Styles, Charles Styles, and Jamie Styles, nephew Michael Jones Jr., niece, RaShonda Ford, Brother in laws, Charles Thornton, Larant Jackson and Michael Jones Sr and her favorite uncle, Jessie Brown.

The visitation for Gloria will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 12:00 pm EDT at the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1232 East Bronson Street, South Bend, Indiana, 46615. The Celebration of Life will follow at the same location at 1:00 pm EDT.
