KINGSPORT - Jack C. Sizemore, age 64, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday, February 17th, 2024, due to complications from surgery. By his side were his three eldest children. Jack was the second son of Avery and Glenna Sizemore. He grew up in Kingsport, TN, and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Jack is survived by his mother, Glenna, his brother, David, his children Dominique, Hunter, Kelley, and Leah, and seven grandchildren. Jack will be missed by many, but he is in a better place. He would love for people to celebrate his life by remembering the great times they shared with him. Jack would want others to realize small moments should never be taken for granted and to remind everyone to always let family and friends know how important they are. Do not be sad for Jack; he is finally home. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Alzheimer's Foundation or the American Heart Association.

It was a pleasure to have met Jack. I went to the garage sale he and his mother were having one weekend and must have stayed over 2 hours visiting with them. They were both so friendly. I ended up buying furniture, fishing poles, a heater, a kids desk, a rug and I don't know what else.. As I was leaving he told me to grab some tomatoes from the back of the house and I thought to myself, that was awful nice.. He talked about his kids alot and I could tell he was very proud of them. I saw him every now and then and I remember he would talk about taking his mother out for her hair appointment, I could tell he enjoyed it. God Bless you Mr. Sizemore
