KINGSPORT - James Donald Flack, age 80, of Kingsport TN passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. The Flack family will gather to greet friends and honor his life and legacy on Saturday, July 15th from 11-1pm at the Renaissance Center in Kingsport, TN.
