James "Jim" Otis Hagy, 71, family man, pastor, & constable, escaped this life to step on the clouds of glory on Monday, May 22nd, 2023.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 28th, 2023, at Evangel Family Worship Center (1928 Bloomingdale Rd, Kingsport, TN) from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The funeral will follow at 6:00 pm with Pastor David Townsend and the Hagy sons officiating. Special honors from the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office Honor Guard will be given.
Graveside service will be held at Washington County Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Pallbearers will be Sullivan County Officers. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons.

I had Bro Hague on my mind. Sorry to hear of his passing. He came to our home at around 3am in the morning and My husband got saved. That was 1976. May God continue to watch over and comfort his loved ones.

Penny you are in our prayers. I don't know what to say I miss seeing him in the office he was truly a one of a kind. I know that he is with Jesus I have never met anyone like him he could serve you a warrant and pray for you all at the same time. He always had a smile. He will truly be missed.
