Billy Graham once quoted, "Someday you will read or hear that I am dead. Don't you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will have just changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God."

MOUNT CARMEL – Jeffrey "Jeff" Brent Hill, 53, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving family at his home in Mt. Carmel on Friday, January 3, 2025, after a courageous battle with glioblastoma.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Harry and Mattie Bishop, and Hubert Hill and Irene McGhee; and his Special dad, Clifford Light.

Surviving Jeff is his loving wife of 31 years, Donna Robinson-Hill; the light of his life, his four children, Chandler Hill (Krista), Chloe Hill Mitkos (Nick), Olivia Hill (Fiancé, Austin), and Eli Hill; Pop's special girl, his granddaughter, Eden Everleigh Hill; devoted mother, Linda Light; father, Kenneth Hill; as well as several aunts, uncles, and and cousins.

Jeff was a friend to all, very talkative, energetic, and full of life. His beautiful smile and infectious laugh lit up a room.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Ridgeview Baptist Church, 234 Hurd Road Church Hill, TN 37642.The celebration of life will follow in the church sanctuary with Pastor Jon Rogers officiating. In lieu of flowers and in celebration of Jeff's generous spirit, you may bring canned goods or nonperishable food items to the service to be placed in the "Love Thy Neighbor Blessing Box" located in Church Hill.
