KINGSPORT - Joyce Kiser, age 83, of Kingsport, Tennessee, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 14, 2025.
Born April 2, 1942, in Norton, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Cloyd and Pauline (Hamilton) Laney. Joyce made Kingsport her home for most of her adult life.
She was a devoted member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church and had a deep passion for attending church services and revivals throughout the region. Joyce faithfully shared her Christian faith and especially loved her weekly missionary work at Roan Mountain Correctional Facility.
Above all, Joyce cherished time with her family and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
