KINGSPORT - Linda Sue Dodson, 76, of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 12, 1949 in Abingdon, Virginia to the late Margie & Barton Roark. She was a longtime resident of Kingsport, Tennessee and she was employed at Quebecor and American Water Heater.
Those left to cherish Linda's memory are her daughter, Buffy Manning & husband, Butch; her son, Chris Dodson & wife, Krissie; her stepmother, Lola Roark; her sister, Connie Dickson; her beloved longtime sweetheart, Paul Davis; her 3 grandchildren, Brittany Harris, Jamie Manning, and Tristan Peters; and one great-grandson, Malcolm Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association in honor of Linda.
