SURGOINSVILLE - Mack H. Wood, age 88, of Surgoinsville, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, April 28, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Annie Wood; six sisters and five brothers.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Bonnie Wood; son, Marty Wood and wife, Karina of Blountville; grandson, Jacob Wood; several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and church family.
Visitation hours will be 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Friday, May 2, 2025 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 P.M., Friday, May 2, 2025 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tim Lovell officiating. Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery. Those who wish to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M.
