Mary M. Hall September 3, 1922- July 7, 2024
KINGSPORT - Mary M. Hall, 101, of Kingsport, TN went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 7, 2024.
She was born September 3, 1922, in Kingsport, to the late David and Martha Thompson Ketron.
Mary was a loving, gracious, and kind Christian lady who loved her family dearly.
She enjoyed listening to music, singing, cooking, and loved to work.
Mary's greatest joy in life came from serving the Lord and attending church. She was a member of Kingsport First Assembly of God.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Burl Hall; daughter, Roberta Tabor; seven siblings.
Those left to cherish Mary's memory are her children, Anita Moneyhun (Sam) and Bill Wampler (Sally); twenty-three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Denver Ketron; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 11, 2024, 10:00-11:00 am in the funeral home chapel.
A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Jesse officiating. Music will be provided by Danny Moneyhun and his daughters.
Graveside Service will follow at 12:30 pm at Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery, Gate City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
