HILTONS, VA - Oliver S. Hensley, age 80 of Hiltons, VA went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 28, 2023 after a period of declining health.
He was born March 21, 1943 in Scott County, VA to the late Jasper Hensley and Ida Harper Hensley. Mr. Hensley was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Maggie Shoemaker.
Oliver is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Beatrice McMurray Hensley; sister, Lela Faye Valier; sister-in-law, Lorretta Lawson (Ronnie); brothers-in-law, Curtis Shoemaker, Johnny McMurray and Tim McMurray; 1 niece and 4 nephews.
In accordance with his wishes there will be no services
