KINGSPORT - Pauline Jones Winstead, 93, of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 15, 2025.
Born on March 12, 1932, Pauline lived a life rooted in love, faith, and family. She was a longtime member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and an active part of the church community. Pauline had a heart for hospitality-she found joy in sewing, cooking, and especially tending to her garden filled with beautiful flowers. Her love for the beach brought her peace and happiness throughout the years.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Eddie Winstead; her grandson, David Winstead; her twin sister, Irene Douglas; and her parents, Herman and Jessie Jones-all of Kingsport, Tennessee.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, B.W. Winstead of Kingsport; her great-grandchildren, Cody Winstead (McKenzie) of Durham, NC, Tylor Winstead (Sarah) of Kingsport, Connor Winstead of Ocala, FL, Logan Salyer and Kaylee Salyer, both of Kingsport; her granddaughter, Heather Begley of Kingsport; step-grandchildren, Glen Ray and William Ray of Kingsport; and great-great-grandchildren, Tylor Winstead Jr. and Aaliyah Winstead, both of Kingsport.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday, June 21, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Centers. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM at East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
