Phyllis (Ritzo) Turner, age 68, passed away February 2, 2024. She was born on March 24, 1955 in Kingsport, TN. Phyllis had resided at Signature Health Center in South Pittsburgh, TN for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Ritzo, Lucille Hunter and stepdad, William "Bill" Hunter; sister, Rose Potts and nephew, James Potts.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Teresa and brother-in-law, Danny Livesay; niece Cathy (John) Turner; nephews, David (Kim) Livesay, Jeremy (Brittany) Livesay and Robbie Potts and several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service officiated by Pastor Mikel Caywood will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 2:00pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 2630 Highway 75, Blountville, TN, 37617.
