Robert Clifton Bean, 84, passed away this day, April 25, 2025.

Robert was born in Surgoinsville, TN, on October 27, 1940, to the late Robert and Lucille Bean. Robert was a retired truck driver and farmer. He loved his family dearly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna; grandparents, Pud and Katie Clifton, who raised him in his early years.

Those left to cherish Robert's memory are his wife of thirteen years, Lou Bean; son, James Bean and Wife Amy Bean, and his sister, Robin Neeley.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in the Chapel at Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services. A funeral service will follow with Dr. Tim Price and Mike Malone officiating.

A Graveside Service will follow at 3:00 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the garden of Resurrection.

We attended church together for many years. Bob had the sweetest personality and he always had a big smile on his face. I'm going miss his Sunday morning hugs.
