Sebastian Xavier Dialee Hensley, 21, tragically passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025. A beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, his life was cut far too short. His sudden absence leaves a deep and lasting void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Sebastian lived with passion and purpose. He deeply loved his family and found his greatest joy in being a father. He is survived by his loving wife, Kaytlyn Lewis, and their beautiful daughter, Keziah Sage Lewis, and a special brother-in-law, who was more like a son, Mason Lewis. He was also joyfully awaiting the arrival of his unborn son, Sebastian Kace Xavier Wayne Hensley—a name that carries his legacy forever.

Family meant everything to Sebastian. He was a devoted son to his mother, Meranda Hensley, and a protective brother to Kiaya Hensley, Draven Hensley, and Azalea Johnson. His bond with each of them was rooted in loyalty, laughter, and unconditional love.

Sebastian is also survived by his father, Brandon Meade; special stepfather, Gene Ward; and stepbrothers Damien Laws and fiancée Alison Reece, Kaydon Laws. He leaves behind many extended loved ones including his great-grandmother Shirley Kendrick, grandfather Mark Hensley, grandmother Sheila Meade, aunts Misty husband Corey Gillenwater, Elizabeth “Libby” and Dan Kenney, Nikki and husband Steve Maxwell; special cousins Grayson Maxwell, Haiden Johnson, Layken Johnson, and Ashten Johnson—plus many more cousins. He also shared a close bond with many friends who were more like family, including Sincere Bethea, Riley Poland, and Kyle Moosman.

Sebastian now joins in eternal rest his brother Westyn Ward, grandmother Teresa “Mamaw” Hensley, stepfather Donovan "Sonny" Johnson, papaw Ronnie Meade, and beloved pet of 12½ years, Coco Ariel Hensley.

Sebastian had a fearless love for life. He found peace by the water, fishing pole in hand, and pride in his car. He valued hard work, never shied away from chasing success, and embraced the hustle it took to get there. He had a sharp wit, a fearless heart, and a love that embraced all who were lucky enough to know him.

He will be remembered for his infectious energy, his loyalty to those he loved, and the way he made every moment unforgettable. His legacy lives on in his children, in the hearts of those who knew him, and in the stories we’ll tell for years to come.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 12th, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home. A celebration of Sebastian’s life will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by a graveside service at Holston View Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Sincere Bethea, Riley Poland, Gene Ward, Haiden Johnson, and Brandon Meade.
