Sheila Kay Pless May 22, 2024
KINGSPORT - Sheila Pless, 64, passed away on May 22, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport. Sheila was a vibrant soul who cherished her family, embraced life's adventures, and found joy in simple pleasures.
Sheila's free-spirited nature and infectious laughter touched the hearts of all who knew her. She loved tending to her plants, taking trips to the beach, and laughing until her stomach hurt. Above all else, Sheila cherished the time spent with her family and those close to her heart.
Though she may have been a bit clumsy and directionally challenged, Sheila had a heart of gold. Her kindness, compassion, and love for others left an indelible mark on the world that won't soon be forgotten. XOXO

I just got the news yesterday and prayed all day today that it was just a mix up. I have known Sheila Girl since we kids at Borden Park and we had so much fun growing up right through high school. She made everyone laugh and yes, she was a bit clumsy but she was loved. She was a bright light in this world and I am so sorry for the family. She will be missed. We lost touch through the years but I did hear from her this month. Something just told me to wish her a happy mothers day this year and I am so glad I reached out. I could share so many memories but there are just too many. God's speed my friend; now it's time to rest. I will never forget this special soul. Love you always. Libby Jackson
