BLACKWATER, VA - Shelby Jean Mendenhall, 84, of Blackwater, VA went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 16, 2025, with her family by her side.
The family will receive friends from 11a.m. to 1p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Scott County Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Holston View Cemetery with Evangelist T.J. Hood officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital @ https://cure.childrenscancer.org/
