Ted D. Carter January 25, 1940 - April 16, 2024
DUNGANNON, VA - Ted D. Carter, 84, Stony Creek Community, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Ted was born on January 25, 1940 in Scott County, VA where he was a lifelong resident. He was a farmer his entire life which he thoroughly enjoyed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen Napier and Mary Elizabeth (Peters) Carter; sister and brother-in-law, Yetta Carter Wolfe and Roger Wolfe.
Surviving are his nephews, Lynn Wolfe, Barry Wolfe, and Jody Wolfe as well as numerous other family members.
No formal services are planned at this time.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to his Stony Creek friends, Michael and Linda Brickey family and the Donnie Saul family for their love and kindness shown to Ted over the years.
