CHURCH HILL - Tempie L. Smith was born on November 23rd, 1929, and passed on December 14th, 2022, in Church Hill, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, and sons, Paul Conrad Smith and Randall Smith.
Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 12th, 2023, beginning at 12 PM at Shades of Grace Church, 313 E. Sullivan Street, Kingsport, TN, with Pastor Will Shewey officiating.
