Thelma Solomon Obituary
The loved ones of Thelma Solomon (Nina) are celebrating her graduation. At 93 this beloved lady no longer sees through a glass darkly but now sees face-to-face. 1 Corinthians 13:12. She will be deeply missed by her three daughters, Jayne McCoy and husband Terry, Anne Sonneberger and husband Steve and Amy Lunsford and husband Chris; as well as grandchildren Cori Pierson, Jacob McCoy and wife Rebekah, Michael, Sarah and Sydney Middleton, Maci Ferguson and husband Andrew, Seth Sonneberger, and Haddie and Elsie Lunsford; and great-grandchildren Aria Peters, Lyla and Darcy McCoy and Eli and Nora Ferguson until they join her at the wedding feast of Christ. Her graduation celebration will be on Sunday, June 22 at Crossroads Christian Church at 1300 Suncrest Dr, Gray, TN 37615 with Visitation from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Memorial Service from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Flowers can be sent to the church office on Friday, June 20th for the service.

Thelma was such an elegant lady. She took time to do things the best way. I remember watching her hands with a bar of soap, shaking the water off the soap bar before returning it to its holder. The grace of her movements doing this mundane task made such impression on me that to this day, some 40 years later, when washing my hands I see that image of her.
Heart hugs to her 3 daughters who carry that grace to yet another generation.
