Vincent Martin Ward, 21, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
Vincent was born on December 26, 2001, in Rockville, Maryland. He was a 2020 graduate of Volunteer High School. Vincent studied at ETSU and was currently attending Belmont University for a degree in business. He loved to workout, was very particular about his hair, and was the best dog dad to Apollo.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna L. Martin.
Vincent is survived by his grandmother, Darlene Ward; special uncle, Bill Martin; loving fiancée, Rachel Phillips; sibling, Saianne Bryant; future in-laws, Marty and Julie Phillips, Carly Phillips (Brandon), and Kendall Phillips; and special friends, Ella, John, Isaac, Doug, and Lauren.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. The celebration of life service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Nathan Ware officiating. An entombment service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 29, 2023, at East Lawn Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend the entombment service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 12:15 to go in procession. Serving as pallbearers will be John Stewart, Isaac Holter, Doug Williams, Jr., Taz Arnott, Atley Scott, and Sean Hackett.
