Billy was a great man! My wife and I had the opportunity to meet Billy and spend some time with him through a group of friends on several occasions. Without a doubt, he made me feel like I was one of his best friends every time I saw him. Rest in peace brother, we’ll miss you!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I know Billy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

I'm very sorry to hear of Billy's passing. Our prayers go out to his family during this difficult time. I recall riding Jack Odle's school bus with Billy back in the day. He was such a kind and jolly person and will be missed.

I had worked under Billy's supervision for the last 5 years at Summers Taylor, he came a few short months after I'd started in 2017, from the get go he was a easy going, superior, he made sure to do his best to keep us busy, he always had answers and solutions and kept alot of jobs running and on track. In the 14 years that i have been the construction industry I have never had a project manager as great as Billy was, he was always pinching poking smiling and cutting up with everyone from the moment he showed up untill the time he left. I hope each and every one of you remember him for the man that he was and cherish all of his memories, he was a great one. Rest easy Billy.

I offer my most heartfelt condolences to Billy's family and to all who knew and loved him. While Billy is gone, he leaves with us a profound Legacy. A legacy of kindness, generosity, grace, and the definition of friendship. His legacy is a Model. A model to which we should all aspire...but a model that precious few of us can hope to attain.

We had our disagreements at work but always circled back to the common cause. Billy was a great man and I wish we had spent more out-of-work time together. Taken way too soon for those of left behind to understand but God has his plans and "only the good die young". Thoughts and prayers for family and friends in this time of sorrow.

What a true friend! I pray that the Lord gives you comfort and peace in the coming days, months and years and that the holy spirit will easy your pain of Billy's loss.

It was a privilege to work with billy only for the couple of months I had started was always joking and cutting up gonna miss those what’s up jethros on the jobs summers Taylor will always miss and remember you! Keeping all the family in my prayers!

Billy, I only had the pleasure of knowing you 2 years or so, but I’m very grateful for the time and friendship that we had. I’m grateful for the lessons you taught me about hard work, and treating people well.

You loved your family dearly, and that will always be your legacy. I promise, I will keep the promises I made to you.

It was a true privilege to get to know and work with Billy. Although I wasn’t around him every day, he was one of the best men you could ever hope to meet and would always try to be helpful in any way he could. The Lord has added another special person to his heavenly place. He will be greatly missed at our Summers Taylor family. Your family is in my prayers.

I always liked Billy and enjoyed the family Christmas gatherings. Billy had a great humor and I always got a kick out of him. The first time I remember ever being on a horse was with Billy when he rode me double up the hill so he could check on some cattle. I was scared to death, but it was just everyday for Billy. I’ll miss him. Praying for Kelleigh, Alma, and Brooke, as well as the rest of the family.

Our hearts are broken! We are so sorry for such a sweet man gone way too soon! Billy aka mousey will never be forgotten! Kelleigh we have some wonderful photos of him and that infectious smile if you would like to have a copy!

Known Billy for many years although I haven’t seen him for several years since we left the area some years ago. Always kept up with him through his parents. I am so sorry to hear of Billy's passing! I remember him as a young mischievous energetic boy!! Mom Mays and I would come to visit Aunt Jenny, his grandma, and I would go out with Carlyle and Billy to check the cattle with them! I enjoyed seeing his facebook posts of his travels with his wife and friends!! RIP Billy!!!

I've known Billy nearly all his life. What a light he was to so many. Always kind. Always had a smile. Always ready to help. Just a special person. It's sure sadder here today but I'd image there's a lot of rejoicing in heaven.
