William (aka Billy) was my Step Uncle and close friend when I was younger. He taught me how to fish. I remember going out into the Jupiter inter coastal waterway and fishing for trigger fish at night. One night we had a trigger fish on the boat that bit the end of my flip flop off. After fishing we went back to his house and there was a lot of shrimp (bait) left over so he decided to cook it for a snack. Eric and Kristina were in the kitchen when he boiled the water. When the water was hot he grabbed a handful of the live shrimp and dropped them in the pot. They all jumped back out of the pot like popcorn. The kids freaked out and wouldn´t eat the shrimp after that. I loved those times spent with him and his family. Praying for you all during this difficult time.
