FT. BLACKMORE, VA - Zariah Grace, 7-and-a-half-week-old infant daughter of Hannah Davidson gained her Heavenly wings, Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Niswonger Children's Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Her great-grandfather, Arthur Stallard, and great- great-grandfather, Preacher Charlie Taylor preceded her in death.
Surviving Zariah is her mother, Hannah Davidson, grandparents, Ashley and Aaron Davidson, great-grandparents, Patricia Taylor and Jeff Sexton, and Lisa Mitchell and Jimmy Meade, great-great-grandparents, Geraldine Taylor, Peggy Roberson, and Homer Stallard, aunt and uncle, Isaiah and Camille Davidson, great-aunts and great-uncle, Cindy Stallard, Amber Sluss, and Allen Roberson, special aunts and uncles, Destiny and Riley Stallard, Aubree and Alex Sluss, Aaron Keirsey, Chandler Smith, Sophia and Aaliyah Necessary, and Kal Roberson.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at the Gate City Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Preacher Jerry Hensley officiating. David and Debbie Easterling will provide the music.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the Stallard Lawson Cemetery, Ft. Blackmore, VA.
Family and friends are asked to meet at Gate City Funeral Home at 12:15 p.m., to go in procession to the graveside service.
Aaron Keirsey, Isaiah Davidson, Jacob Sexton, and Destiny Stallard will serve as pallbearers.
Zariah lives on through two donor recipients with the help of the Tennessee Donor Services.
The family would like to thank the NICU Staff, the PICU Staff and the Clergy of Niswonger Children's Hospital, Rainbow's End Floral, and Gate City Funeral Home for their compassionate service for our angel, Zaraiah.
