Clyde Tipton Obituary

KINGSPORT - Clyde David Tipton (Dave), age 81, of Kingsport, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025, after a brief illness.
Dave was the son of Clyde and Ora Lee Tipton. In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda Wright.
He is survived by his girlfriend of 24 years, Sherry Jessee; his son, Ashley Tipton and wife Leatha; his grandson, Gabriel Tipton; his brother Curtis Tipton; and sister Sandy Crawford.
Dave served in the United States Air Force and was a long time employee of Don Hill Automotive.
Dave's family will receive friends on Sunday May 18, 2025 from 4:00-6:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home.
